A position for a LEAD FENCER/TEAM LEADER has become available to join our long-established business based in Raphoe, Co. Donegal.
The successful candidate will lead a fencing team day to day & duties will include:-
– Team Supervision – Quality Assurance & Customer Service – Safety Compliance – Training and Development.
Desirable skills/experience for the role:
- Proven experience as a foreman or supervisor in the construction/agri industry.
- Strong knowledge of fence installation techniques, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, project specifications, and layout plans.
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment related to fence installation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments.
- Previous machinery experience and knowledge of basic maintenance
- 360° Excavator CSCS card desirable but not essential
